but this would be a "roll your own" solution and to do what your
asking I think you'd need a programmer to build on the work mark has
done.
http://www-genome.wi.mit.edu/ftp/distribution/software/Bass/ is unix
software used at the Whitehead Institute/MIT Center for Genome
Research as a replacement for the ABI software.
I don't know of anything off the shelf that would give you the
functionality of the mac based 377 collection/analysis on windows.
