I am in the process of learning more about the various DNA sequencing
machines on the market from PE, Beckman Coulter etc. To start out, I suppose
a request of opinions on the favored devices would be very helpful. Personal
opinions are welcome.

* For the super high throughput machines such as the Applied
Biosystems 3700, what is the best one

* Best medium throughput
