I think the easiest answer here is to roto-vap away all the TFA and ether until you are left with a nice oil like residue. Wash this residue with cold ether several times, decanting carefully after each rinse. Once you have rinsed maybe four times, allow the peptide to dry just in the fume hood. If your peptide is clean, it will dry to a nice flakey powder. If it still contains some cleavage cocktail, it will have some oily or glassy looking spots. If you see oil, rinse and rinse some more. The more care you take at this stage, the easier it will be to prep later on.
