There are synthetic peptides which have one Dansyl group,usually at
Lys.What happens to the Dansyl-Lys on acid
hydrolysis.Whatever happens,I cannot see any of the free amino
acid.Analytical methods have often not been of the
reversed phase persuasion.I appreciate any lead.Thanks.
