As Lisa Bibbs wrote, AAA would be good since it would also confirm the
quality of your different batches. On the assumption that they are the same,
though, why not measure their Abs 220 or 280 nm and adjust their
concentrations accordingly? In effect, you will have already done that
measurement during HPLC.

Can anyone offer some explanation(s) as to why peptides, supplied from two
different sources, would have different response factors (area/conc.) when
chromatographed on the HPLC?
