I have an example where cation-exchange and anion-exchange HPLC in sequence
were used with ascites fluid containing 0.6% MAb. After the two runs, the
MAb was 96% pure. Give me your FAX number and I'll send you a chromatogram.

 Hello,

Hybridoma cell culture was used to produce MAb. Also the serum was
 added.

I am looking for a good method to separation and purification the MAb.

Could you give any suggestion and information?

 Thanks.
