Hi all,
Someone in the institute is interested in an efficient method for coupling peptides to oligos. So far, they've used the method of Zanta et al. (PNAS 96: 91, 1999) but with low yields, the coupling step being the most limiting (I'm sorry, but I don't know much about the specifics of their reaction). Any suggestions as how to improve the yield? Are there reliable protocols with reasonable good yields?
