DNA sequencing problem

Hi,

We have a problem with our ABI 377 prism with big dye cycle DNA sequencing.
We observe signal (not a good quality data) from uper part of the gel and
not the bottom part. We start to read from about 300 base and less than 300
base is blank. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
