Hi Guys,
We have a serious problem with our Bruker Biflex III in that whenever we
start up XACQ we get the following two error messages:
FATAL ERROR
RPC Initialisation failed. RPC client handle initialisation failed for
ACQSVC. Please check that all servers are running.
&
Initialise Error
Initialising RPC client handle for acqsvc failed. acqsvc server not running
or not responding. Please reboot.
and the program forces us to exit.
We have spoken to Bruker who suggested that the TAD box is not responding
for some reason and after checking all the connections, fuses, power leads
etc decided that the box was actually faulty and needed repair. They have
supplied us with a hired replacement but on connecting that up we were
confronted with exactly the same error messages. So I guess it may not be
the TAD after all........
Do any of you fellow Biflexers have any ideas as to what might going on ?
