Hello all,
I am interested in increasing efficiency in my lab with respect to dna
purification. We currently use the miniprep spin columns by quiagen to
purify dna for sequencing work. I would like to use a higher throughput
system to conserve time and effort while maintaining current quality.
Quiagen also makes kits that work in eight-strips as well as ninety-six
well plate format. Some labs I work with use the ninety-six sample format,
and the dna I receive from them is usually of a very low and variable
concentration. This may well be due to their performance and may not
reflect the performance of these kits. I am curious if anybody has used any
of these formats or other varieties, and might offer me some feedback.
Thank you very much in advance,
