Hello,
Our group has experienced problems sequencing through the 5' end of some
HUCL clones. There appeared to be a string of Cs (10-15 of them), which
we either could not go through or sequence drops right after. If you
have any experience dealing with such problem or HUCL clones in general,
we'd appreciate your feedback.
