The problem is that there is usually a ton of BSA.Was this BSA added to the
mixture,or was it naturally occurrring?
According to Bio-Rad,there is Affi-Gel Blue.which supposedly works.Other
proteins would be removed as well,if
the pI is in the same range.It could be done,but the method development
time may be enormous.
