I have to agree with Paul, that I think the ABRF roundtable discussion
group should remain as it is - open to all. My experiences tell me that
the roundtable is the most effective communication tool that we have for
attracting new members. I think it would be a mistake to close ourselves
off from the rest of the world. The strength and uniqueness of the ABRF is
its openess.
As for the occasional spam, its a small price to pay and could be fixed by
several methods that don't involve "cutting off your nose to spite your
face".
