Dear All

The EB has now prepared a response to the controversy over the PARG
and this will be distributed by email to all ABRF members by the ABRF
Office. I hope it leads to a fuller understanding and appreciation
of the issues involved in this matter and convinces the membership of
the Executive Board's commitment to serving the ABRF in a way that is
both comprehensive and progressive.
