Dear ABRF Colleagues,

        May I ask a favor.

It seems to me that the point has been well made about the
dissapointment with the cancellation of the PARG study and other matters
concerning the direction of the ABRF. I am sure that you now have the
attention of the EB. Now, we must give them time to evaluate the situation
and develop a reasoned course of action.

May I ask that we excercise a little restraint and see if we can
turn this into a constructive process. I fear that talk of resignation and
breaking away will, in the end, be destructive and costly. Let's not
destroy what we have worked so hard to build. We need people with the
energy and concern of those who have been so verbal lately to put their
energies toward fixing problems that might exist.

So, I urge a little patience. It is going to take some time to do
it right. Give them a chance, please.

Sincerely,

Greg Grant
