All,
Does anyone have a resource for an amino acid standard mixture with all of
the standard aa's in one bottle. We're looking to monitor aa's in
fermentation broth and need quantitate all twenty of the standard aa's and a
couple of others; we would like to get our standard solution all in one
"purchasable" vessel. As long as I'm asking for the moon, I may as well
seek the stars and put another constraint on my search and ask if the
mixture comes in a salt/buffer free form (i.e. in 0.1N HCL)? Any leads?
