Lei- We have two Eppendorf 5804R centrifuges and find they are very nice to work with for precipitating sequencing reactions or minipreps in 96-well plates, etc. We paid about $6,000 for each, including the rotor, which I felt was reasonable. I usually only spin 2 unskirted plates at a time (I don't stack plates to fit 4 in one run) but someone else here who is using skirted plates stacks those and routinely spins 4 plates in one run.
The refrigerator compressor necessarily makes some noise and blows some air, so don't place it right next to your desk or anything like that.
Savant makes a speedvac that holds plates but ours has just arrived, so I can't comment on how well we like it yet.
