Please forgive the duplication here. After going through the
official "red tape" in order to sell these two instruments it has become
necessary to place this "official" advertisement from our University.
Several of you should have already received the bid form, as you requested,
but I attach it here for others who may be interested. Thanks to all of
you who have shown an interest. The process should run very smoothly and
quickly from here on out.

on a confidential bid basis AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO IMPLIED OR EXPRESS
WARRANTIES AND NO PRODUCT LIABILITY. Your highest cash offer for this
material is invited. Bids must be submitted on a per item basis.
INSPECTION OF SURPLUS ITEMS
Surplus items offered for sale may be inspected as any time during normal
weekday work hours, prior to the day of the bid closing, by contacting Dan
Wright, Property Management Coordinator at 406-243-6628.
