Are you cyclizing in solution or on-resin? Side chain to side chain
or head to tail?
The ABRF Peptide Synthesis research group did the last year's study
on on-resin head to tail cyclization.
The reference peptide for this study was cyclized with
PyBOP/HOBt/DIEA(5:5:10; 1st& 2nd coupling) and HATU/HOAt/DIEA (4:4:6;
3rd coupling) until negative ninhydrin test.
