Hello,
I am interested in detecting and measuring
triglycerides and diacylglycerols. I have tried the
evaporative light scattering detection but the lowest
limit is 5mg. I am interested in detecting lipids in
microgram levels or even lower. Does anyone have any
suggestions on how this can be achieved. I am open to
any method but please stay away from radioactive
assays/detection. Thank you.
