Has anybody had any experience using the target plate for the PE Voyager maldi
t
tof ms designed for the biacore chip.I have attempted to extract proteins off
the chip with limited success.Is it better to analyse the chip directly and if
so is there a general procedure for preparing the chip for analysis and are
there particular instrument settings that work best.Thanks in advance for your
input.
