1. Where can one purchase Tri-O-Acetyl GlcNAc-beta-Fmoc Serine?

2. Any special conditions required during peptide synthesis?

3. Any special conditions required during the cleavage reaction? Will the
Tri-O-Acetyl groups be removed during cleavage?

4. Any special problems involved with purification of glycopeptides with
only one serine residue glycosylated with GlcNAc?

5. Literature references most welcome.
