Hi Dorian,
Have you fixed the problem of the low yield on your ABI476? I just fixed exactly the same problem on my ABI494 by replacing a new batch of S2B. In my special case the bad S2B, which lot # is 0005089, caused the low sequencing yield. By the way, the addition of DTT did not help in my case. Hope that this could help you.
