dear abrf,
a while ago some people posted a protocol for producing neutravidin chips to
replace biacore%s sa-chips. we did the neutravidin immobilisation according to
this protocol and we do indeed get a surface capable of binding biotinylated
peptides. but, different from biacore%s chips the immobilized peptide is washed
off the chip during regeneration! is this normal and if not, does anyone know a
reason for this? we have couple of thousand RUs on the surface.
best regards,
dorian
