Hi Dorian,

We noticed this problem, too. We have changed our neutravidin protocol
recently. We now regenerate the neutravidin chips after coupling with
three one minute injections of 0.1% SDS. After binding of analytes, we
regenerate with 0.05% SDS. Baseline is stable under these conditions.
This applies to protein peptide interactions. We also always use the extra
cleanup function when performing regeneration. Hope this helps.

Chris
