Peptide synthesizers:

Could any of you 433 users suggest convenient/reliable method(s) for
preparing phosphorylated tyrosine containing peptides. Tech support
suggested using pre-dissolved PO3H2 fmoc tyrosine but this didn't give
desired peptide. Many thanks.
