Pharmaceutical R&D ? Process Sciences
Senior Research Associate/Associate Scientist is sought to join the
Pharmaceutical R&D Department at Genentech for support of the Small
Molecule Program. The candidate will develop analytical assays for
assessment of purity and characterization of both Drug Substance and
solid or liquid Dosage Forms. Must work effectively in
multi-disciplinary teams, take initiative, and competently communicate
within a challenging environment. Hands-on experience with method
development, HPLC, mass spectrometry, chiral assays, and identification
of degradation products. Working knowledge of assay transfer and
regulatory requirements desirable. Bachelors or Masters with greater
than 5 years experience. Degree in Analytical Chemistry or related
field.
