Dear All,
Presumably, it is a question regard to Russian peptide chemists or may
be somebody has similar problems. During last several months we try
to order piperidine from different chemical companies (I donít know any
Russian vendors). Unfortunately all our attempts were unsuccessful.
There are strong limitation from our custom and it is necessary to have
the permission
from special committee. One year ago there were several possibilities to
buy
this reagent, but not now. I know it is possible to substitute
piperidine by DBU
or other chemicals, but I donít like this way (as for the application of
DBU, it commonly also takes a small amount of piperidine). So, there are
real
problems for our Fmoc chemistry. Any ideas or experience in this field?
