Hi Guys,

Does anyone know whether glycosylation affects tryptic digest efficiency?
I've read papers to the effect that phosphorylation can cause missed
cleavages but are the affects of glycosylation known? Is there a paper
where the affects of post-translational modifications has been investigated?
