Good morning,

An Amersham-Pharmacia kit (ExoSAP-IT 100 rtn US78200) gave good results. I usually dilute the reagent 8 times for a 10-20uL template (2uL -> 0.25uL/rtn), and prolong the reaction time to 30 min.
