Western blotting question

Dear ABRFers,
We recently performed a western blot using bis-tris gels and found that
the the antibody had non-specifically bound in a distinct area in the
high MW region of the gel, above a distinct front half-way down the
gel. Has anyone else seen this and could it be due to buffer conditions
or simply just the lower% part of the gel sticking to nitrocellulose?
Any other thoughts?

Dave
