cap electrophoresis

I'm looking for an ABI 3700 user who is successfully running SNaPshot
samples and sequencing samples on POP6 polymer. My instrument will not
correctly apply the matrix for filter set E to any SNaPshot run, though
theoretically this should not be a problem at all.
