Dr. Seow,
You might want to read through the following:

efficiency of two-dimensional electrophoresis gels: Consequences for

Subject: P2D: Reproducibility of 2-DE Gels

Hello

I am just wondering if anyone out there has seen any paper or done any work
to establish the reproducibility, in terms of percentage, of 2-DE gels. I
know there are many papers out there claiming that it is no longer a
problem, especially with the introduction of IPG strips, but has anyone
given any hard figures on this?

Hope to hear it from the 2-DE gurus out there.

Regards,
