I have two questions regarding g-c rich sequencing templates:

1. can anyone recommend any denaturants/additives that I might use in my
sequencing reactions? Concentrations? I am familiar with people using dmso
and betaine. Any others that I might try?

2. would anyone be able to provide me with vectors containing g-c rich
inserts?
