ABI 3100 sequencing samples

I would like to hear from labs using the 3100 for sequencing with respect to the following concerns:

Are you a core facility?
What types of samples do you sequence (BACs, PCR products, etc)?
Do you use a specific protocol for each sample type (i.e. +/- injection time, formamide, longer denaturation)?
What is your standard read length?
What software do you use for analysis?
