Reference: #1071: We are seeking a PhD level scientist with a strong
bioanalytical in the development, optimization and validation of
chromatographic [HPLC & GC] methods to elucidate the structure of
recombinant proteins in support of our biopharmaceutical client companyís
recombinant vaccines and therapeutics.
Requirements:
ß Ph.D. in Chemistry or Biochemistry, with at least 3-5 years experience
working with HPLC methods such as ion exchange, reversed phase, and affinity
chromatography.
ß Methods development experience
ß Must have worked with proteins, esp. Antibodies, preference for
recombinant, but could be natural/serum-based proteins. Experience with
peptides could be considered.
ß Preference for hands-on familiarity with cGMP compliance.
ß Must have good computer skills, articulate, and strong writing skills.
