I have deoxycholic acid in my sample(lipopolysaccharide). I would like to
know whether the presence of DOC will cause any interference and harm the
machines like HPAE-PAD, MALDI-TOF, Mass spec. etc. If it does so then how do
I remove the DOC from the sample.
I sincerely look forward for the right advice
