Mid-Century Chemicals, porphyrin matrix for MALDI

Recently Jim Kerwin drew our attention to a publication where the
authors used meso-tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)porphyrin (F20TPP) as a matrix
for low molecular weight fatty acids with MALDI. RCMS 14 608-615 (2000)
Apparently this matrix "does not produce ions in the low-mass region (<500
Da)". However, both Jim and I have not received delivery of this matrix
from Aldrich. Another source was listed, Mid-Century Chemicals in Chicago,
IL -but Jim and I can not find an address, phone number, or web site.
Does anybody know how we can contact Mid-Century Chemicals or another
source for this porphyrin matrix?
