Dear All,
With Amicon stirred cells, I am trying to concentrate a refolded protein and
other junks in a refolding solution. Now, traditionally, YM membrane is
used because of extreamly low protein binding. But I was told that Biomax
membrane is almost as good as YM with respect to the low protein binding,
and offers much faster filtration than YM. I would appreciate any comments
on this. Thanks in advance.
