   Dear All,

We have bought System Gold from Beckman for the preparative purification
of peptides. However, due to the supplier mistake
it includes analytical flow cell and isnít valuable for the preparative
runs. So, we should change the flow cell. The question is: What type of
Beckman cell (prep or semi-prep) is satisfy our aims?
Typical purification conditions are:
Sample concentration - 50 mg/ml (or more)
Sample volume - 2 ml
Flow rate 10 ml/min (or more)
Our domestic Beckman affiliate canít give us an advice in this regard.
Preliminary Internet search was also unsuccessful.

   With best regards,
      Sergey Burov
