Hi to all,
I would like to know in what proteins or peptides I can found the following
isomers of hydroxyproline:

trans-4-Hydroxy-L-proline; cis-4-Hydroxy-L-proline;
cis-4-Hydroxy-D-proline; trans-3-Hydroxy-L-proline; cis-3-Hydroxy-L-proline;
