JosČ Angel,
Glen Research have two products, Oligo-Affinity Support (CPG) and
Oligo-Affinity Support (PS), Cat. No 26-4001-XX, which are an Adenosine
residue attached through the exocyclic amino group. Synthesis progresses
regularly on removal of the 5ķ-DMT group. However, on treatment with
ammonium hydroxide, the oligo is not cleaved from the support. This matrix
can then be used as an affinity support for a complementary segment of DNA
or RNA. Alternatively, the complementary strand can be annealed to the
support and the double stranded DNA can be used as an affinity support for
purifying DNA binding proteins.

Subject: oligo synthesis
Does anybody know if there is a method to synthesize oligonucleotides
and, after deprotection, to get the oligo still attach to resin.
Thanks
