The last time I ran a pyridylethylated protein (4/00) PTH PECys ran a half minute before proline.
This retention was a bit longer than previous experiences, although it has always eluted between
tyrosine and proline on my ABI instruments. The 4/00 run used a Fast Normal 1 gradient, Pulsed
Liquid PVDF Protein method and the new R2C base.
