Hello,

Many thanks to all, especially to Michael Breslav, who have had
a talk with Beckman technical support. I have received a lot of
suggestions:
a). "prep" size cell is the right choice, semi-prep flow cell is wrong
decision (still too sensitive).
b). semi-prep cell corresponds our working conditions.
c). we can apply an analytical cell as well and shift the wavelength
to lower extinction.
We suppose, the true is in the middle and will try with semi-prep cell.

With best regards,
