I am interested to hear from the group (especially core facilities) on two things:

1. How much do you use your triple quads for protein-related work or is it strictly used for PK/Metab.

2. Would you purchase an ESI-TOF (such as BioTOF from Bruker or Mariner from PE) for protein work or would it be used in small organics only.

I am also curious to know if anyone is considering the TOF/TOF from PE?????
