I really would not worry, since Trp is,presumably at C-terminus.I suppose
that you do not know the length of the peptide.

Subject: tryptophan - PSQ

I have cleaved a protein at the C-terminal side of
tryptophan using KI/CNBr in 70% TFA.
I imagine that the tryptophan is now oxidized.
Can anyone tell me if, and where, I would see this
oxidized tryptophan residue on the Procise sequncer?
