Using the Water's column, we have just replaced it after 2,500 runs over the
course of 2 years. We use a column prefilter, MilliQ water and HPLC grade
solvents. We were very pleased. The column deteriorated quite rapidly giving
broad peaks and a lack of resolution between Arg/Thr and Cys/Tyr.

What is the limiting factor for column life in the AccQTag method? Is it the
AMQ by-product?
AMQ elutes near hydroxyproline, and I was wondering if it causes a build-up
problem over time.
