Table 8 has charges that were current as of June of 1998 (aach).

Here are the web pages for many resource facilities--I have gathered these
over time and in the last few days for mass spec--and many of them include
a variety of protein services--As these are all pages on the web, they are
already public knowledge--please let me know if you find any to add to
this list! These are all, I believe, academic settings.
