I'm PDQuest user.
About 2 month ago, I had upgraded the program from 6.0 to 6.2 but I have experienced some problem in 2D gel analysis.
In higher matchset analysis, SSP transfering to lower level match set and its member are not work properly.
In dialogue box there was the sign of " ssp transfer completed successfully" but actually in lower level matchset there was no change in ssp numbers.
This SSP transfering function worked well in 6.0 version, but in 6.2 version I could not fix the problem yet.
I have informed this problem several times to Bio-Rad but they did not point out exactly the problem relevant to this SSP tranfering during these two months.
I would like to know that there is anyone who experience the same problem and tell me the way to fix the problem.
or is it bug?
