Hello all,
We are using AccQ-Tag derivatization and analysis of protein hydrolyzates
successfully using the Waters Kit and column with HP1100 HPLC System and
gas-phase hydrolysis which is recommended for micro scale AAA.
We would like to check a liquid phase hydrolysis and compare the results
with the gas-phase hydrolysis.
Before beginning the experimental series we would like to have your opinion
and recommendations on these two hydrolysis approaches.
